Order Process and Our Contract |

When
you make an order on this website your order will be subject to
acceptance in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. |

When
your order has been received and processed by us an Order Acknowledgment
screen will be generated. Please print this out and keep it for
your personal records. We will also send you an email confirming
receipt of your order, the Order Acknowledgement email. You will
not be able to access your Order Acknowledgement details on this
website once you have placed your order, thus it is important that
you retain these for your records. Please note that the Order Acknowledgement
email is not a contract confirmation or order acceptance from Slot
Furniture. |

contract between you and Slot Furniture for the sale of our products
will only exist once your order has been acknowledged, processed
and despatched. |

Price
& Payment |

The
price payable for the goods you order is that set out on our website
at the time you place your order or, if you order from one of our
catalogues, that set out in the catalogue from which you order,
provided it is a current catalogue, plus any charges for carriage
and insurance as set out in the order form. |

The
prices of the goods that we display on our website are subject to
change without notice. |

All
prices, where appropriate, are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT)
at the current applicable rate that is 17.5%. |

Payment |
| |
We
take payment over the phone or in person by debit or credit
card. We currently accept Visa, Switch, Mastercard and Solo.

We
also accept cheques. When paying by cheque you are required to make
an order over the phone. We will then send you an Order Acknowledgement
form. Once your receive the Order Acknowledgement form you are required
to send us a cheque for the goods. We will begin to process your
order on receipt of the cheque. |

Cancellation
& Returns |
| |
When
returning goods you will be required to arrange and pay for transit
unless the goods are being returned because they are faulty. If
you prefer we will arrange for a carrier to collect the goods from
you, however the cost of this will be charged to you and may be
deducted from any refund to you. In the event that you return goods or cancel an order we will refund any payments made by you in full within 30 days. |

returning goods please ensure that they are carefully packaged to
ensure that no damage occurs during transit. We will be unable to
accept the full amount of a refund if damage has occurred during
transit. Please also ensure that you obtain proof of posting. We
cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. |

rights do not apply to items that are personalised or made to your
specifications. |

While
we endeavour to hold sufficient stock to meet all orders,
if, due to unforeseen circumstances we have insufficient stock
to supply or deliver the goods ordered and paid for by you,
we will do our best to offer a substitute of the same or better
quality at the same price or refund you the price paid for
such goods. In any case, if you are not happy with the replacement
you can return it in accordance with our returns policy detailed
below. |

Delivery
& Title |

Unless
you tell us you wish to collect the goods, we will deliver them
in accordance with your order. A valid signature will be required
on collection or delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. |

The
fees that we charge for delivery and our expectation of the
timetable for delivery are detailed at
Delivery. We make every effort to deliver the goods
within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes
inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. Slot Furniture
accepts no liability in respect of any failure to deliver
the goods within the expected timescale. |

to the goods you have ordered on this website will pass to you on
delivery of the goods to you, provided that we have first received
payment for the goods. |

you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either
make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods
that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the
amount paid by you for the goods in question in accordance with
our Cancellations and Returns policy. We will not be liable to you
for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment,
indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem
in relation to the goods. |
